A coach-judge will review your video against exactly these criteria. Repetitions performed with incorrect technique, incomplete range of motion or other errors will not be counted. Only technically correct repetitions enter the official ranking.
Starting position
Start in the front-support position shown in the reference video.
Correct technique
Follow the reference video: bend and extend the arms while maintaining the demonstrated body position.
Required range of motion
Complete each repetition through the range shown in the reference video.
What counts
A complete, technically correct repetition finished within the 60-second limit counts.
What does not count
Incomplete repetitions, deviations from the reference technique, and repetitions after time expires do not count.
Filming requirements
Video up to 90 seconds. One continuous take from the side with the full athlete and arm movements visible. Show the timer or include audible start and stop signals.
